Being Healthy, Happy, Safe

We had a brilliant Healthy, Happy, Safe day last year.

All planned and run by people with learning disabilities. We will be doing it all again on Wednesday 12 June for another day of fun, learning and teamwork.

Join us at The Forum in Norwich from 10.00am to 3.30pm for talks, performances, information stalls, and more.

We will once again be focusing on the themes of being Healthy, Happy, and Safe and celebrating life with a learning disability.

Last year we had some great feedback –so many people, with so much useful advice for me and my     friends’ and ‘I have never been to an event where so many people looked like me.’

The event provides a valuable opportunity to do something positive and inclusive and to 'show people’s talents and skills - we are more than just a disability label.'

Whether you are looking to participate in physical activities, explore ways to help your mental health and wellbeing, or learn new skills, there is something for everyone.

We believe that people with learning disabilities are brilliant, and this event is all about celebrating their strengths and promoting their wellbeing. Do not miss this opportunity to come together, learn and connect.

Take a moment to watch our film showing highlights from last year.
